Currently seeking New York based theatrical and commercial representation.

Declan was born and raised in Sacramento, California. He was introduced to theatre at the age of 4 and fell in love immediately. His first favorites were Annie and Wizard of Oz and is still obsessed with those till this day! Declan has performed with many theatre companies in the Sacramento area and also a few regional theaters including Sacramento Music Circus, Hartford Stage, and Goodspeed Opera House. Declan is ready and very excited to start this next chapter of his life!

After spending this summer in Maine at Quisisana Resort performing in Bright Star and a Broadway Revue, Declan plans to be local to New York City starting in October 2024.

Recent roles include Buddy in Elf the Musical, Leaf Coneybear in Spelling Bee, Linus in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Colonel Pickering in My Fair Lady, Sonny in Xanadu, Finch in Newsies, and the ensemble of Footloose, Sister Act, Chicago, and Mary Poppins.
